Xactly Incent has expanded significantly over time, and I’m excited to share that we’ve evolved alongside them. Without a doubt, it’s the top commission tool available, and it has simplified my work immensely. Reps love getting their payments well ahead of payroll. Fantastic product, fantastic company!

"Awesome tool for commission calculations"
What do I like the most? The way data is loaded and calculations are run really saves us a ton of time.
What do I find challenging? Setting up dashboards and custom views with the right filters can be a bit tricky to get the data slices you want.
What issues am I addressing? Our firm has been using Xactly for a year and a half now. I stepped into the role of commissions administrator about 4 months back. The software has been super easy to pick up and is quite robust. We manage a team of around 60 sales reps and managers that we compensate quarterly through Xactly Express.

"Awesome Compensation Tool"
This application works seamlessly with Salesforce for a sales team of 30 folks who have various tiers, qualifiers, and accelerators. As the Compensation Administrator, this tool cut my workload by over half, and I finally got to toss those clunky Excel sheets! The Account Executives were thrilled too, as they could now see their compensation through SF and SF1.
The onboarding and support teams at Xactly were fantastic as well!

"Xactly Incent is a win for us!"
We launched Xactly Incent just over a year back, and while we faced a few hurdles because of our intricate compensation structure, the team handling the implementation was super professional and worked well with us.
Our Sales Managers and Reps really appreciate having their performance and payouts all in one spot, and it’s definitely boosting their motivation.
As an admin, I find the tool pretty straightforward to tweak based on what’s needed. For more complicated adjustments, though, the Xactly Support crew is just a call away for some solid advice.
I do wish the analytics were a bit better since there are some issues with how data tables connect. Plus, you need at least a mid-level understanding of SQL to whip up reports, which means the average user often ends up reaching out to Xactly Support for help. But hey, they’re super responsive!
A couple of pointers for your Xactly setup: make sure to include Analytics in your project scope and try to integrate Xactly with your data systems as much as you can. Keeping performance data up-to-date is really the secret sauce for motivation.

"Three Companies Later, Still Loving Xactly"
I rolled out Xactly at Zendesk, then at Pandora, and later joined Marketo, which already had Xactly in place. The main reason I keep pushing Xactly is their outstanding free customer support. My experience has been top-notch, and it really stands out compared to other vendors like Callidus, Oberro, and Varicent. Xactly is user-friendly, and the online courses plus those at the San Jose site are super useful. Sure, there are some challenges, just like with any company, since compensation plans can differ a lot, but those issues are pretty easy to brush aside. The implementation crew and the contractors Xactly collaborates with are fantastic.

"Perfect Fit for My Needs"
We rolled out Xactly Incent several years back, and honestly, the whole setup was pretty smooth compared to other implementations. Crafting the plans was a whole new level compared to what I had experienced with other tools (even Excel). On top of that, the analytics feature significantly enhanced our reporting capabilities without me having to waste hours gathering detailed data. And it integrated seamlessly with SFDC. What else could we possibly want?

"Xactly: Perfect for Growing Sales Teams"
I first started using Xactly at a small company with under 50 users, and it quickly grew to over 150. The tool was flexible, and the Xactly crew was right there with us as we crafted more intricate plans. After two years on Express, we made a smooth transition to Incent.
Funny enough, I just wrapped up another Express implementation at a rising organization. The launch went off without a hitch, the Finance team is super happy with the reporting and scalability, and the Sales team is really excited about having an automated solution.

Switching to an automated system has saved us a ton of time that we used to waste on manual payment calculations in Excel. Plus, it has enabled us to refine our compensation plan and introduce complexities that were either impractical or impossible to handle in Excel.

"Awesome Tool for Compensation!"
Xactly is an excellent product. Even though we don’t utilize all its features, I totally get why they’re a top player in this field. As an admin, there are loads of resources available to help me get the hang of things, and I get speedy help whenever I need to file a support ticket. I’ve been using this tool for a while now, and a lot of the behind-the-scenes admin stuff is pretty straightforward. I’d suggest Xactly to anyone in search of a compensation solution!

"Xactly is the perfect partner for collaboration..."
I've been an Xactly user since 2012 - first with a firm in the Boston region using Xactly Express and later with a company in the Bay Area utilizing Xactly Incent. Both of these tools are fantastic, and I genuinely enjoy working with them. More than just the tools, the crew at Xactly is truly awesome to collaborate with. They provide support in the most effective manner.

"Best Tool for Compensation"
Xactly is an excellent solution for managing compensation. I've been using it for around 8 months, and I find it super easy to navigate. It handles a wide range of tasks and calculations. For sure, it's way better than those lengthy spreadsheets we used back in the day! Plus, they keep rolling out updates and improvements to enhance the program. If you run into any problems or need help figuring something out, their customer service is fantastic and will walk you through everything. Our reps really appreciate it since they can quickly check their status and performance anytime, whether they're on mobile or desktop. Xactly is truly on track to become the top player in sales compensation!

"Great Tool for Boosting Sales Efficiency"
We've been using Xactly for about a year now. Our sales crew really digs the software, and we keep ramping up our delivery skills every three months. Xactly is super focused on the customer, tackling the real problems that the sales compensation team deals with daily. Our sales folks are all in on this tool, no doubt about it. Personally, I’m not too impressed with their customer support at times. Tools like Analytics seem awesome in theory but can be tricky to roll out.

I've been using the Xactly Incent software for about five years now. During this period, there have been some major updates and improvements. They revamped the user interface, making it way easier to navigate. This change has given the sales team a quick snapshot of their performance. Plus, being able to access the app on an iPad adds extra features for those who are out in the field. The team is super knowledgeable and always ready to help. The Analytics feature lets you whip up ad-hoc reports in no time.

"Eight Years with Xactly"
I've been using Xactly for the past eight years. It has expanded a lot with various product options. This tool performs really well when the plans have similar structures and are easy to monitor.
When your organization has a ton of plans, complex calculation methods, and numerous crediting rules, things can get complicated. With any system, it's important to carefully consider the plans and their mechanics (like Crediting and Commissions Payout) to ensure that credits flow as intended. This is vital for the analytics that can be generated. Once everything is set up properly, Xactly functions effectively.
For reporting, it’s well-optimized for Sales on both web and mobile platforms. The reporting features are customizable according to the plans, which is fantastic for those that have different crediting and payment methods.
The DELTA feature is fantastic for automating data feeds from CRM/ERP systems and also for managing People-related data (like PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and similar tools).
In summary, folks often say Xactly is all about the "Push of a button." To truly harness that capability, every Sales Comp team needs to streamline their processes and systems to make Xactly operate with just a "Push of a button." Overall, it’s a reliable tool.
